As a college student, it is definitely easy to fall into habits of eating Top Ramen and Oreos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have realized over this past year that healthy eating needs to be a priority- and it can be fun and cheap! Here is one of my favorites! I just topped pita crackers with some spinach, sliced tomato, and cubed cheese! I added some banana and strawberries on the side! Super yummy and a great study snack!
